Whether your prepping for your next 5k or just want to practice your cardio, this is the social group for you! Open to individuals of any ability, this group meets weekly at our LGBTQ+ Community Center to walk, jog, or run along the Rock Island Trail. Social Group meets every Thursday weather permitting.
