Central Illinois Friends is offering support groups for our transgender & gender diverse community every 2nd and 4th Friday in the Marsha P. Johnson Community Room.
This weeks topic is: Inner Happiness
- What is happy?
- What do you need to be happy?
- Internal vs. External validation
- How to notice you’re happy in the midst of everything else
Our Support Groups seek to provide our trans community a space to come together with peers, navigate shared struggles, and uplift each other’s spirits. A counselor will help to guide meetings and provide support for facilitating conversations.
